I look forward to helping you feel relief and relaxation!

I've practiced holistic body healing through massage for over a decade in central Florida. My journey began at Steiner Education in Maitland, FL and continues with yearly certifications to update my license and expand my knowledge. I am certified and practice manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, myofascial release, and deep tissue.

My methodology always starts with a consultation, a little getting-to-know-you. We'll discuss where you are experiencing pain, look at how your body is balanced and create a comfortable environment for you to relax in. Through-out the session, I will regularly check-in about pressure or ask permission for placement. The goal is to create an experience that leaves you feeling safe and refreshed!
