I've practiced holistic body healing through massage for over 7 years in central Florida. My journey began at Florida College of Natural Health, and continued at Steiner Education in Maitland, FL. I am certified and practice in Manual Lymphatic Drainage; Sports Massage; Myofascial Release; Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage.

My methodology always starts with a consultation, a little getting-to-know-you. We'll discuss where you are experiencing pain, look at how your body is balanced and create a comfortable environment for you to relax in. Through-out the session, I will regularly check-in about pressure or ask permission for placement. The goal is to create an experience that leaves you feeling better and more fulfilled than when you arrived!
